Coach Odin Privacy Policy

Coach Odin is operated by Torres Labs LLC. The in-product coach is called Odin. Coach Odin helps users track fitness, nutrition, bodyweight, supplements, protocols, labs, side effects, progress photos, reminders, and coaching messages through the app and connected messaging channels.

Information we collect

• Account and profile data such as name, email, stats, goals, preferences, and subscription status.
• Health, fitness, nutrition, protocol, lab, side effect, reminder, and progress data you choose to log.
• Messages, photos, audio/voice notes, transcriptions, delivery receipts, and channel identifiers from iMessage/Blooio, Telegram, WhatsApp, and dormant SMS rollback plumbing when enabled.
• Operational data such as timestamps, device/app diagnostics, provider webhook ids, error states, and usage events needed to secure and run Coach Odin.

How we use information

• Provide the app, connected messaging channels, data sync, receipts, history, and support.
• Personalize AI-assisted coaching and structured logging based on the context you provide.
• Process payments and subscription entitlements through Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe, and related payment providers where applicable.
• Detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, measure reliability, and improve product quality.

Service providers

Coach Odin uses service providers for hosting, authentication, AI model processing, memory/context, messaging delivery, payments, analytics, and support. These providers may process data only as needed to provide Coach Odin. Payment card details are handled by payment providers and app stores; Coach Odin does not store full card numbers.

Health and sensitive data

Your logs may reveal health, fitness, medication, supplement, protocol, or body composition information. We do not sell this data, and we do not use health data for third-party advertising. Coach Odin is not currently designed for HIPAA-covered medical care.

Messaging channels

When you connect iMessage/Blooio, Telegram, WhatsApp, or SMS rollback channels, your messages pass through those providers and their own terms and privacy policies also apply. You can disconnect supported channels in the app. If SMS is enabled, phone numbers and opt-in data are used only for account-specific Coach Odin messaging and are not sold, rented, or shared for third-party marketing.

Data access, deletion, and retention

You can request a JSON export or initiate account deletion from the Coach Odin app Profile screen. Deletion requests disable linked channels and create an audit record so the request can be completed safely. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, or dispute handling.
